Once you have made a confirmed reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation and are guaranteed. Due to the nature of our business, cancellations, damage to rooms and slow or non payment of accounts affect us significantly and we apply the following policies:
To confirm a reservation we require a current credit card number, plus expiry date as a guarantee.
No charges will be made against the card unless cancellation/non arrival fees etc arise. If a credit card is not available as a guarantee, then one days accommodation (the deposit) must be paid in cash or by electronic transfer of funds into our bank account:

2.Changes to reservation term:
Any change in reservation will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply.
Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of units.
Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in refund unless the management approve and are able to re-let the accommodation.
Cancellation or amendment of individual bookings must be notified no later than 48 hours prior to 1pm on the expected day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee.
All cancellations or amendments notified less than 48 hours prior to 1pm on the expected date of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one days accommodation.
If you fail to arrive for your booking you will be charged one days accommodation for a one day booking and two days accommodation for a two day or longer booking.If you failed to arrive for the first night of a stay or longer than two days, all bookings after the second day will be cancelled.
Cancellation of Group/Team bookings must be notified no later than 30 days prior to the expected date of arrival.
Any cancellation fee charged will be refunded if we are able to re-let the unit(s).
A Group Reservation Form is required to be completed and signed once the booking requirements are finalised. A deposit is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is non refundable. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Cancellations for Group bookings must be in writing (standard or email) direct to the motel. Cancellations received after the 8 week deposit are subject to forfeiture of the deposit. Any cancellations that arises within one week of the group booking will be subject to an administration fee equivalent to the rooms that are unable to be let as a result of the late notice unless management approve.
Other charges that may be applied are: Non return of keys $20.00 per each key, Extra Cleaning charges, minimum $50.00 for carpet cleaning and other extraordinary cleaning charges.
All rates include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Seasonal/Peak and minimum stay/rates may apply. Extra persons are charged at $20.00 per person per night if we are advised ($50.00 per person per night if we are not). Please note that babies are ‘persons’ and will be charged accordingly.
We reserve the right to alter our rates at any time to meet financial circumstances beyond our control.
6.Check in/Check Out:
We welcome your arrival any time after 2.00pm and check-out is by 10.00am on departure date.
We will endeavour to accommodate both early check-in and late check-out requests whenever possible.
Any damage/loss caused to the motel or to the motel chattels that is occupied by you, could result in costs of repair (and any insurance excess) being charged directly, either fully or partly, to you the registered guest. Damage charged will be at replacement cost.
In consideration of future guests we respectfully request that you do not cook fresh wet fish, shellfish, curries, roasts and other odorous foods in the units.
On your departure, if required we will engage a specialist cleaning company; and reserve the right and may charge such costs and any resulting loss of income.
There is to be NO smoking in rooms. We reserve the right and may charge such costs for cleaning of the room and any resulting loss of income.
10.Sleeping between the sheets:
If we find this has not been the case additional laundry charges will be made to the registered guest. We apologise if this request offends – but sadly it is of necessity.
All accounts are payable on departure unless previously arranged. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid by the due date.
Pre-arranged accounts are payable by the 20th of the following month (e.g. All April invoices are due for payment on or before 20th May).
If payment of an account is not received by due date we reserve the right to add the following charges:
12. Age Restriction:
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied with an adult or stay will be declined.
Your visitors are welcome in your unit, however we ask that they please depart quietly prior to 10.00pm.
We reserve the right to charge as ‘extra persons’ any of your visitors on site after 10.00pm.
Parties and large groups are not permitted.
Management reserves the right to evict any person who is disturbing other guests staying at 151on London Motel.
14. Missing Items:
We reserve the right to debit your account for any item found to be missing from your unit following checkout.
